The PUB corporate website serves as an information and promotional platform to tell the Singapore Water Story, educate the public on water issues, and provide one-stop services to the public and industry professionals. The old site had grown organically over time and had become quite hard to use. Our brief was to revamp from the ground up to ensure users are engaged, can easily navigate and access the site from all devices.
After a thorough research and requirements study we produced a set of design principles to help guide the entire project: Design for inclusion; Design for accessibility; Be personal; Signposting should be obvious; Device agnostic by default. This served as a foundation from which to deliver a new site structure, new content, new design, and data-driven templates bringing the agency to the forefront of Government Digital platforms.
